Cheap rent.. for a reason.
Landlords live on the top floor and their child stomps loudly at all hours of the night. Building is infested with moths (the kind that get into your starchy foods) and landlords refuse to do anything about it. Unit smelled strongly of pot almost every day. Landlords are rude and unresponsive.
Have the unit managed by people other than yourselves.
