    Tall ceilings, below market rent, responsive management team
    Cons:
    Pre-war building means some quirks, my apartment floor is pretty slanted

    terrible landlord! look up his legal history before you move in

    nice sized kitchen for a studio; high ceilings and good windows
    Cons:
    front door lock of the building broke and owner took no responsibility to repair. i had hundreds of dollars worth of packages stolen over several months and his response was to blame de blasio for crime (eric adams was already mayor by then). he eventually had the super tape a sign to the front door warning tenants to not buzz in strangers... never mind that strangers could just shove the door open and steal your mail.

    also they changed the locks a day before our official move-out date and let the new tenant move in early. we had mostly moved out but still had things there that they shoved into a closet. almost killed my plant.
    Advice to owner:
    fix the front door lock
