686 dean street - aweful landlord
Pros
The only thing that I can say is that the apartment was cheap
Cons
The landlord/family that own this building are aweful. The building is never taken care of. We had many problems with our apartment, which we never received proper help from the landlord. There were bugs, no heat in the winter for 3 months, and a major leak from our kitchen ceiling, and many other problems. It would take months for the landlord to fix anything.
Advice to the owners
Do not rent your building out if you can not manage it.
