Great area, OK building appearance, SUPERBAD Property Management Team
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great area. Walking distance to everywhere.
Cons:
Property management team and Carol is rude. We had a problem with the gnats and she shifted the blame on us. There was a leak. They didn’t care. They want your money and taking care of your unit is not a priority. The building got fined for several violations. Also, laundry is cheap. Fridge is cheap. Kitchen cabinet looks dumb. Bathtub is small.
Advice to owner:
Listen! Listen! Listen! Do! Do! Do! Stop skirting

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, literally the only good thing about this place.
Cons:
This is the worst management I’ve ever worked with and I’ve lived in 3 other apartments all throughout the city. There were so many issues we had when we moved in (i.e. the intercom didn’t work, there wasn’t any gas but there were gas appliances). And when we addressed these issues, it took forever for them to do anything. When they tried fixing the issues, they used the cheapest products which resulted in things being broken again. We also had a mice issue and addressed over and over. We had a exterminator come and address the issue but the management didn’t want to pay the exterminator to actually close the holes up. Instead they hired construction workers to close it up for a cheaper price, however, they weren’t professionals so we continuously had mice. Overall, AVOID THIS MANAGEMENT AT ALL COST.
Advice to owner:
Actually communicate with your tenants and not avoid them. Listen to them and work with them on making their home a livable place. They are paying an arm and a leg to live there, the least you can do is make the place habitable.
