Renters approve of the building's owners
We lived in the garden apartment and had a lovely time. washer dryer in unit is amazing and the apartment is massive for a one bedroom.
The hot water is SO hot. The landlord controls the central AC and it can get a bit cold. Appliances are on the older side.
They are planning to redo our unit so I'm sure they are going to make the improvements I listed above.
