The heat works well and the neighbors are great.
Cons:
They do NOT take care of their buildings. Rats, garbage.
Advice to owner:
You should take care of the maintenance of your buildings. Even your rent controlled properties.

Cons:
Building is not kept well, smells like weed constantly, trash management is poor. Leaks in the lobby and bathrooms. Water pressure is decent. Rats and cockroaches in building and apartments.
