Awesome landlords who actually care
Pros
The landlords are a couple who live in the building. They are so responsive to any issues and will not hesitate to replace an appliance if it breaks. They even fed my cat once in an emergency! We outgrew the space but I miss these landlords.
Cons
There were some bug issues but the exterminator came like clockwork once a month or whenever you had an issue. We were on the first floor and it’s a somewhat busy street so there was some noise at night.
Advice to the owners
None!
