Wonderful, well-maintained small building

Pros

The building is very well-maintained. Landlord is super responsive and on top of all maintenance requests. Very proactive, and everything is fixed in a timely manner. Only two residential units in the building which allows for privacy.

Cons

Can be noisy, but that comes with living on Vanderbilt Ave. Plus side is you have tons of restaurants, shops and bars nearby at all times! You get used to it very quickly and all the other perks of living here make it worth it.
