Nice renovations but loud building

Pros

Washer and dryers in unit, new bathrooms and kitchens, great light from three exposures

Cons

Landlord is hard to contact and there was lots of ongoing sound from construction in the building. You cannot buzz people in and have to go downstairs to open the door. You can hear everyone coming and going because of the central stairway. Also can hear immediate neighbors through walls.
