Location, beautiful common area, nice charming brownstone. Amazing light. Cute vintage bathroom!
Kitchen was pretty outdated (might have changed by now - lived there in 2020), landlord was not very responsive. During our moveout walkthrough it was clear he hadn't been in the unit in multiple years. Stairs felt rickety and a little bit like a fire hazard. Hated the big bars on the back bedroom windows.
