    Small issues but not a bad place to live

    Pros:
    - location is great, very central in Prospect Heights (close to the park, close to many train lines, close to tons of cafes/restaurants/bars)
    - nice to have a rooftop and a backyard (both are not really maintained, but in decent enough shape you could hang out)
    - pretty quiet street, neighboring buildings are all pretty quiet as well
    - building maintenance is good, very responsive and helpful
    Cons:
    - no designated or secure spot for packages and there was a lot of packages being stolen for a period of time with management not really doing anything about it
    - building hallways/entryway area is not in the best shape (water damage with parts of the wall plaster coming off, hallway lights very dim or broken)

    Pros:
    Good location. Landlord was fine during residency but was challenging to get deposit back (but did get it back)
    Cons:
    Cheap finish, hard to get attention of super
