Small issues but not a bad place to live
Pros
- location is great, very central in Prospect Heights (close to the park, close to many train lines, close to tons of cafes/restaurants/bars) - nice to have a rooftop and a backyard (both are not really maintained, but in decent enough shape you could hang out) - pretty quiet street, neighboring buildings are all pretty quiet as well - building maintenance is good, very responsive and helpful
Cons
- no designated or secure spot for packages and there was a lot of packages being stolen for a period of time with management not really doing anything about it - building hallways/entryway area is not in the best shape (water damage with parts of the wall plaster coming off, hallway lights very dim or broken)
Was an alright place to live
Pros
Good location. Landlord was fine during residency but was challenging to get deposit back (but did get it back)
Cons
Cheap finish, hard to get attention of super
