Cozy place with roommates

Pros:
Great location. It’s right off Franklin Ave, and it’s across the street from the shuttle. The rooms varied in size. Large common areas. Heater works, hot in winter. And kind neighbors. Great rooftop with stairwell access.
Cons:
I would’ve stayed but the rent increase was too much
Advice to owner:
Long-term tenants pay more than short-term. Reward reliable tenants by minimizing increases
