Great Building and Great Location

Pros

Strong management company that is highly responsive to any issues that are raised. Great location on a quiet street but nearby to Franklin Ave and 2/3/4/5 Subway stops

Cons

Have had some minor pest issues (rats, cockroaches) but has been addressed quickly through pest control hired by the owners. Design of the apartments is not for long-term living. Kitchen is small with no drawers. This can be easily addressed through extra storage.
