They Could Not Care Less

Rent stabilized! Apartment in relatively good shape

Cons

Management is the worst... still waiting for a countersigned lease renewal months after sending Inconsistent water heat Take a while to get management to look at issues A lot of awful stories about hot MGMT treats long-term tenants, probably because of the rate of rent they pay

The location was amazing, right by the trains and good food

Cons

The heat was not regulated. It damn near melted things in my space and it was on well into May!!
