Well-maintained building in great location

Pros

- Best super ever—lives onsite, is extremely responsive and takes good care of everyone - Building generally has nice, friendly energy - Thick walls—I've never heard any of my neighbors that I share walls with - Well-kept lobby - The location is amazing! - Newer units have w/d and dishwasher

Cons

- Can get a little cold in the winter - The block is lively in the summer and the S is just down the street, so avoid the units facing President St. if you're sensitive to noise

Great Building to Live In

I love that there is a responsive super living on site and all of my maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner
