Pros

- Private Backyard + Roof - Big Apartment - Half Bathroom

Cons

- Flooding - Pest including mice, rats, spiders, household bugs - Management is very disorganized - They report your rent payment to creditors - Thin walls so sound travels - Yearly rent increases of $300 - Homeless men hanging around the apartment

Advice to the owners

Please do something about the homeless persons hanging around outside & actually care about your tenants

Good neighbors, halls are always cleaned by management

Cons

No repairs or tickets being fixed until last minute for example we mentioned in our lease Renewal that we shouldn’t the rent because they never fix anything and the next day they came and fixed everything like we didn’t ask them that before previously to fix stuff.
