Great neighbors but a horrible place to live

Pros

Old NYC style loft with open layouts. Most unit have little brick accent walls and an industrial feel.

Cons

Units get unbearably hot or cold in winter. Nothing gets updated. the building get tons of leaks during heavy rain. This place is extremely overpriced. One elevator that breaks down all the time. Washing machines stain your clothes. I can literally hear neighbors talk on the phone through paper thin walls, and floor.

They wont take feedback, they just want money
