Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice Landlord Super is amazing. Building is pretty decent. Neighbors are young and friendly.
Cons:
Don’t be more than 14 days late on rent.
Advice to owner:
Have someone come once a month to do a deep clean of walls, to keep brownstone looking pristine.
