Beautiful but not well managed.
Pros
I liked the location and the size of the apartment.
Cons
Landlord is deeply unprofessional. No system for submitting matinence requests. Attitude and lack of responsiveness on serious issues (pest control, heat, gas problems). Dean street can be quite noisy as it’s a thoroughfair and on the bus commute route.
Advice to the owners
Treat tenants with respect. Create a system for matience requests. Take care of the building (basically repairs, clean common areas) and repair broiler and baseboard heaters.

Pros
Nice Landlord Super is amazing. Building is pretty decent. Neighbors are young and friendly.
Cons
Don’t be more than 14 days late on rent.
Advice to the owners
Have someone come once a month to do a deep clean of walls, to keep brownstone looking pristine.
