great neighbors, beautiful tree out front, awful super and short circuited apartment

Pros

the tree out front is lovely, our neighbors next door were awesome, nice light

Cons

the washer and dryer was almost always broken and loud as fuck, and our whole apartment had a really shitty electric job because the washer dryer was connected to ours and our lights were always flickering and power going out. the super was not good. he did not know what he was doing. also when we moved in the place was dirty and the bathroom sink was leaking
