Renters approve of the building's owners
Brand new , and clean. I liked that the bedrooms faced the courtyard area so were quiet. The street got a little loud at times but nothing too bad. Was great to have an outdoor patio.
Landlord is a bit strict and overbearing. Can’t really think of any other cons.
I’d take the apartment if you’re looking!
