Smoke, roaches, neglect

Pros:
Comparatively inexpensive and large unique apartment
Cons:
Smoke smells from neighboring apartments. Frequently broken in-building laundry in roach-infested basement. SMRC management company does the cheapest, quickest repairs only after reporting issues to the city. The common areas aren’t cared for.
