Horrible maintenance and neglect

Pros:
my individual unit gets a lot of sunlight. The neighbors in the building are nice.
Cons:
This building is horribly maintained and managed. It seems deliberate. Tenant have reached out to management countless times about the filthy stairwell and common areas, and the rat infestation on the lower level. They respond vaguely and do not make any changes. And yet we are being charged exorbitant rents. Makes you so mad at the New York City housing system.
Advice to owner:
Get an actual super to maintain the building

Beautiful building with a neglectful owner

Great light, good transit access, alright neighborhood
Cons:
Overpriced, sometimes the front door is chronically unlocked, cockroaches, mold, unreliable heat and hot water, extremely unreliable landlord except for violations for which they could clearly get sued, and even then....
Advice to owner:
Charge less, do more
