Worst Landlord EVER
Pros
The space is amazing- we wouldn’t have moved if we weren’t forced out so the greedy landlord could raise the rent. We know this is illegal, but we have a baby and no patience to fight him.
Cons
This landlord Monir Uddin did NOTHING a landlord is expected to do. He refused to remove snow and trash, when we had mice he told us to borrow someone’s cat. He was unpleasant, hateful and homophobic. He screamed at my pregnant wife for texting him in all caps. He lives downstairs in the home so we would hear him berating his wife. He is a horrible human being. We lived here 5 years, never paid our rent even 1 day late, but he asked us to move and gave us 1 month, and we have a baby. He is truly evil.
