Okay not the worst in ny

Can hear upstairs neighbors movement
Management not very responsive
Backyard very unkept and dirty with dog poop
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and clean common spaces more

Could have been be better, but definitely could be worse.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very quiet location, set off from loud streets. New renovation in an old building, nice work. Pest control was monthly, never had bugs inside house.
Cons:
Management wasn't the quickest to respond but after multiple requests they usually did, but logistics/comms with contractors who needed to fix something were always a mess, coming at all hours / with no heads up. Common areas were dirty.
Advice to owner:
Quicker response to maintenance requests, clean up laundry/gym area.
