    Great building

    Pros:
    -responsive management company; they address any problems quickly and efficiently(including replacing a broken dishwasher within a week)
    -building is well-maintained overall
    -have not raised the rent in several years and were easy to work with on Covid-related issues, like when we needed extra time to find a new roommate
    -easy to use online system for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests
    Cons:
    -there’s a lot of street noise, especially with the windows open
    -mail/packages sometimes go missing, unclear if it is an issue with local post office or something else
    Advice to owner:
    So long as maintenance and ease of communication are kept up, no advice or complaints about this building
