Great building
Pros
-responsive management company; they address any problems quickly and efficiently(including replacing a broken dishwasher within a week) -building is well-maintained overall -have not raised the rent in several years and were easy to work with on Covid-related issues, like when we needed extra time to find a new roommate -easy to use online system for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests
Cons
-there’s a lot of street noise, especially with the windows open -mail/packages sometimes go missing, unclear if it is an issue with local post office or something else
Advice to the owners
So long as maintenance and ease of communication are kept up, no advice or complaints about this building
