Smoking and unsightly loitering in lobby and doorways. Management follow-up poor. Rent increase astronomical Had police intervention on several occasions on my floor. Horrible app interfacing No heat for Almost 3 months. No air conditioning for two months

good layout, clean gym, super is great. the windows are big and the lighting in the units are great. the building is less than 3 years old so the units are new and should be clean. washer/dryer in every unit, garage in the building
