low end luxury

Pros

good layout, clean gym, super is great. the windows are big and the lighting in the units are great. the building is less than 3 years old so the units are new and should be clean. washer/dryer in every unit, garage in the building

Cons

many of the neighbors are not considerate, little things break often, very expensive for the size/quality

Overpriced but overall good experience

Pros

Big windows, beautiful street and close to the park and Nostrand. The location is amazing, and on site staff are also wonderful. The building itself is pretty well insulated from noise, because it's made from brick. Nice gym, not too busy. Great large units. Backyard is also nice.

Cons

The admin staff/management company are awful/non responsive. I did not have AC during the heat wave. The appliances and finishes are shoddy/cheap. Several times I've had to ask the super to clean up sh*t from the hallway or stairway. If you can get a good deal it might be worth the price, but in general you can find better for cheaper in this neighborhood.
