Serviceable Residential Housing

Pros

Generally it’s very quiet. Every once in a while there will be some loud music or children playing, but it usually doesn’t last long into the night. Definitely very quiet during the day. The block is really chill too, it’s mainly people looking for somewhere more quiet and residential. The super is very responsive.

Cons

The lobby looks pretty dated and dirty. Some of the floor tiles are broken. Sometimes the trash area can get really full.

Honestly they’re doing a pretty good job so far with what they have.
