Great, responsive landlord. Potential backyard. Decorative fireplace, interiors have character. Good sized living room with a big window and open kitchen area. Great light from south to the bedrooms. Laundry in the apartment.
Had pest problems that were taken care of. (Mice and roaches) Some electrical outlets don’t work. Living room faces north.
