Just don’t
Pros
The pros were the layout of the second floor apartment worked for my 2 roommates and I. The blue tooth speakers were awesome and it was super inexpensive to live there.
Cons
The super is very nice but he half finished everything. We had holes in the ceiling leaking for months. We had black mold growing into mushrooms from a leak on the ceiling in a bedroom that went unfixed for months to the point we had to threaten lease break and leaving. Zeev laughed off all of the issues including the front door of the building not locking. It was a disaster and getting anything fixed took forever and required many many follow ups.
Advice to the owners
Be there for your tenants, want to help them.
