Unresponsive landlord but price is good

Good price and the unit itself is nice

Impossible to get ahold of landlord. I lived without heat for a month over the winter

Beware of mold

Quiet, gets good light, close to subway
Cons:
We had ongoing mold issues the entire time we lived here and the landlord was extremely difficult to get in touch with. We finally were able to get them to make some slapdash fixes but continued to have problems. The management refuses to answer maintenance requests but the property manager barely responds.
