Looked great but it was hell!

- unit size and space - amenities - access to new building across the street
Cons
- our apartment was 101 and it just was a huge dissapointment, the basement flooded and the la floes didn’t do anything for 8 months!! We had to live with half of our apartment and then they didn’t return our deposit back. We complained because rhe mold was everywhere inside the unit and in the staircase. We reported this to HPD and only got to change to a new building which was super nice but didn’t fix the problem of our unit or deposit. To this day they still owe us over 4000 usd. What a shame…
