Renters approve of the building's owners
Lived here during Covid. Great location near Prospect Park and quiet street, except for the neighbors who lived on the fourth floor, a noisy family with two kids. Loud music starting at midnight.
A noisy family with two kids above us. Loud music starting at midnight. Occasional mice. Leaks from the neighbors ruining the ceiling. Worst of all, unresponsive management. We ended up breaking the lease early.
