Not worth it
Pros
When I moved in the rent was extremely cheap but I wouldn’t pay what they are asking now. The other tenants were nice people.
Cons
A huge reason why I moved here was because there was laundry in the basement but I never used it because of how disgusting it was. Seriously I would never wash my clothes in those machines especially because there were rats and cockroaches everywhere! The management didn’t clean up the rat droppings either. The surrounding area isn’t the best and I came home one night to a crime scene because two men got shot in front of the building. It’s a shame because I would have stuck it out a few more years but the rent is not worth it.
