433 Rogers Brooklyn
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has cameras, small building, secure mail.
Cons:
Not very clean, stairs are dangerous, not well lit and the railings of the building are about to fall off. Infestation of pretty much everything.
Advice to owner:
Reinforce stairs and handrails, improve lighting inside the building, keep your exterminator coming back monthly.
