The bathrooms are nice.

Cons

The super does not clean up. The washer and dryers are dirty and not maintained, broken detergent dispenser. The street uses our trash and the recycling has garbage in it. Loud noise which can’t be controlled by the management but just something to take note.

Advice to the owners

Please check on the building more. There has been spilled brown liquid on the side entrance wall for months.. that’s how you know it hasn’t been cleaned.
