Neighbors are sweet people

Sporadic heat/hot water Constant roach/mice infestations Drunk/unresponsive super Unresponsive landlord Poor repair jobs and maintenance RAISED RENT DURING COVID PANDEMIC Did not offer financial assistance to tenants

Advice to the owners

Take better care of the tenants! They pay for a service that you’re not giving! You should be ashamed!

Pros

Is a place to live No elevator means lots of extra exercise when you come and go

Cons

Hot water is finicky Mailboxes leave a lot to be desired Common areas aren’t cleaned often I

Advice to the owners

Clean more often (instead of having exterminators twice a month) For the love of god fix the mailboxes so they actually fit mail and I don’t miss/lose mail that’s left out
