Fix and upgrade the building
Pros
Only thing I like about it is that it’s only six apartments and every looks out for each other.
Cons
They don’t take care of the building or fix anything the apartments in a timely matter. Tenants in the building are still waiting for leaks to fix under the sink and in the bathrooms.
Advice to the owners
Learn how to speak and conduct your behavior while speaking to the tenants and put yourself in the tenants situation when your call upon to fix things in the apartments.
