Can get noisy on the street. I didn't mind it, but it could be difficult if you do!

Not Bad if you can Afford It

Close to subway, new appliances, good central air.

Cons

Expensive rent for the area, not many things in the area, “laundry” area isn’t sufficient for the building, takes effort to get repairs done. There was a lot of theft of packages.
