    Rodents in the ceiling/basement/courtyard

    Pros:
    The apartment is nice.
    Cons:
    There have been rodents running around in the ceiling since October 2024 (it is now June 2025). Management has done very little to fix the issue despite multiple attempts on our part to have the issue fixed. Building manager is completely useless - took them 5 months to fix the garbage situation to stop the rats from getting in. The whole building smells like dead rodent (per the exterminator).
    Advice to owner:
    Do your job.
