Solid apartment, price gouging

Pros

The apartment is nice, above laundromat. Have not experienced any stealing.

Cons

The landlords are very sus, they are jacking up the rents and not amenable to negotiation. Used to be rent stabilized but not anymore. Not worth the $.

Rodents in the ceiling/basement/courtyard

The apartment is nice.

Cons

There have been rodents running around in the ceiling since October 2024 until I left in July 2025. Management has done very little to fix the issue despite multiple attempts on our part to have the issue fixed. Building manager is completely useless - took them 5 months to fix the garbage situation to stop the rats from getting in. The whole building smells like dead rodent (per the exterminator).
