How is the 5th Floor?? Wea are interested in moving in. Also how often does the elevator break/ packages stolen?

They have 17 open violations https://hpdonline.nyc.gov/hpdonline/building/965858/violations I moved out but the residential discord is still active with theft alerts

Elevator breaks at least once or twice a month. At its worst, packages were stolen daily for months. Not sure how frequent theft still occurs, I ship my packages elsewhere now.
