Clean but with a few issues
Pros
It’s clean, outside noise isn’t too bad though it could be better, ive only seen 1 roach in over a year
Cons
Landlord raised rent during covid, kitchen facet is weak, the washer and dryer in the basement typically add premium prices to buildings but they don’t work, things aren’t very durable past 1 year, landlord is not responsive, no real super, fridge wasn’t available on move in date, relatively messy/sloppy system to renew lease
Advice to the owners
Get things fixed when there are constant complaints about them, be responsive to your tenants
