The water pressure is good….

Cons

•Illegally converted building that has been reported to the city. •The landlord rents to his sister and her boyfriend downstairs who has parties throughout the week and the noise level is uncontrollable. •Someone spray painted the entry hall stating that the landlord is a murderer and broke the washer and dryer. •Rodents throughout the building.
