Not a good place
Pros
Management was semi-responsive.
Cons
Pest, extremely bad fly infestation due to unsanitary conditions. Mold in the AC unit. One bedroom was consistently 85 degrees. The other bedroom was consistently freezing. Did not return full security deposit for unreasonable reasons. Never fully rectified any problems just got it covered up temporarily. extremely loud upstairs neighbor. Noisy mother of the landlord who goes through your trash. Mother of the landlord entered apartment during the middle of the night when we were sleeping and did not wake anyone up. Attempted to increase rent by approximately 10% for avg annual increase despite all problems

Don’t be so cruel and neglectful toward your tenants
