Central location narrow rooms

Pros:
3 min walk to the chauncey j/z, 8 min to Rockaway C, 12 min walk to bushwick aberdeen L. Roof access is sweet
Cons:
Not a lot of great light or original details. Bathroom gets really hot on its own. Spotty wifi sometimes.

Fix the bathroom, be more responsive,

Management team has no urgency to repair stuff the doors are not secure in the building Hot water on shortage you need to shower at particular times in the day to get sufficient hot water.

Building need to be well maintained if you would like longevity in business
