Solid Management, Good units
Pros
Great value for the space. Rarely are packages stolen, and never by neighbors. Responsive management. Good access to transit (J and C lines). Shared basement and coin operated washer/dryer, small backyard. Central air that works well.
Cons
Very thin walls/poor sound proofing - easy to hear neighbors walking in their apartments, singing, or otherwise going about their lives.
Advice to the owners
You've been fantastic - only minor comment would be to consider properly replacing the back fence that is falling over into the neighbors yard, and make sure your workers remove all the debris from their work from hallways, basement, and yard.
