Pros:
The hallways tiles are nice
Cons:
Super sucks- doesn’t know how to fix anything.. doesn’t even have a toolbox-

Management is the WORST EVER!! It’s 24 degrees outside & We have to use space heaters in our apartments because they don’t want to turn the heat on in the building

Mice problem is OUT OF CONTROL in the building because management isnt managing anything.. won’t even get us an exterminator..
Advice to owner:
Quit your day job- go work at Subway or something..

Pros:
The apartments are spacious, 1 1/2 bathrooms, bedrooms nice size
Cons:
Strangers hanging out and smoking in hallways, making noise in hallway. Packages get stolen
Advice to owner:
Put cameras in hallway
